At Kicks Zone Kenya, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every pair of sneakers you purchase meets your expectations in quality, fit, and style. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, our refund and returns policy is designed to make the process smooth and transparent.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • The sneakers are unusedunworn, and in their original packaging(including tags and box).
  • You received the wrong itemwrong size, or a defective/damaged product.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion.
  • Sneakers showing signs of weardamage, or alterationafter delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories (laces, tags, etc.).

  3. Approval:Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm if the item qualifies for a return or exchange.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrongor defective item sent by us.
    • Returns must be sent through a trackable courier service.
  5. Inspection & Confirmation:Once received, our team will inspect the sneakers to confirm eligibility.
  6. Exchange or Refund:
    • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
    • Refunds(if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your sneakers arrive damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the defect.
  • We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting us immediately.
Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a standard return (eligible only if unused and unopened).
